Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 3 days of the delivery date. A restocking fee may be applicable.

Beginning Nov 01, 2023, engagement ring and holiday-shopping customers who purchase items less than US$7,500.00 have up to 30 days to return the item (note: custom-design rings do not qualify for a return unless in the case of a product defect or misrepresentation). The special extension is valid till December 31, 2023, and is for United States customers only.

Please contact RAF Jewels to seek authorization for processing a return within three days of receiving the item. No returns will be honored after three days. Shipments are to be fully insured and all charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For high-value items, please contact us to arrange for armored shipping services; any charges will be deducted upon refund.

Funds will be returned within 7 to 10 business days, fees may apply.

Note: All returned items and any gemological laboratory reports must be returned in their original, and new condition. Items must be unworn and not show any signs of wear, missing elements, broken stones, or scratched metal.
